We see coaches in a variety of areas - the cricket coach, the maths coach or even a business coach. Coaches help in many ways: they encourage, teach, train, model and advise. It is our hope that everyone in Challenge has a ministry coach! We want you to have a coach who will pray for you, encourage you, teach, train and guide you to best use your gifts to proclaim Jesus to the world. If you have been to a Challenge conference and currently dont have a coach, please let us know, so we can help you find someone who can coach you in ministry. Great Expectations What do we expect of Challenge coaches? We hope Challenge coaches will: - take a personal
interest in your growth as a Christian and work through important life
decisions with you
There are basic areas of training in the Christian life and ministry that you can aim to work through in the context of a Coaching relationship. We have suggested exercises, which may be useful in working through each of these areas. Click on each of these exercises to download a PDF. For more coaching ideas click here
