    About me

I have been very blessed to have grown up in a Christian family (in the lovely Nelson Bay) and can't remember a day or time where the Lord Jesus wasn't spoken of in our family. I moved to Sydney in 2010 to study physiotherapy because I really wanted to "make a difference" in other people's lives." Living in Sydney to study and work has been such a great time of growth for me through uni ministry and my local church and I have grown so much in my love and knowledge of the Lord Jesus. Living in Sydney has also resulted in me growing to love coffee, smashed avo, evening sunsets, late nights, sleep-ins, and long runs.

    About my Apprenticeship

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity" (2 Peter 3:18) I still want to make a "difference" in the lives of others, but I've come to see that ultimately people need the gospel of Jesus Christ, and need Him to make the difference in their lives. Because of this, I want to dedicate more of my time to be trained and equipped to love Christ and his people and encourage others to do this until He returns, or calls us home. This is why I have decided to spend time in a full-time capacity studying God's word and being trained in ministry.I have been personally blessed by the ministry and community of St James since 2010 and am very excited to spend more time working there and being trained. In particular I will be involved in primary scripture teaching, playgroup, ongoing youth ministry and children's ministry as well as leading an evening congregation growth group.

    Prayer Points

My prayer over the next 2 years (and for the years after that) is that I, and those I minister to may grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus.
