    About me

As a child, I was brought up in a Catholic family and was because of that I always believed in God, but I didn't really know or understand the gospel. It wasn't until a teenager that I truly understood that I was a sinner, and that Jesus had died to save me. I have been married to Adam since 2012 and live at home with 2 dogs, a cat and A LOT of chickens. Adam and I have been attending Rosemeadow Anglican Church for the last couple of years, and now I feel privileged to do my apprenticeship there as well. I'll be working on two main ministries while I do MTS. I'll be running our playtime group for parents and children ages 0 - 5 and I'll be working a portfolio called Meet, Greet, Integrate which is how, under God, we can help newcomers connect in to church and become regular members of our congregations.

    About my Apprenticeship

And we're back! Playtime went back a few weeks ago and has been going well so far praise God! We had a visitor last week to playtime and have someone coming that isn't a part of our church which has been really awesome! We have our invite-a-friend week coming up on the 8th of March. This is where we encourage people that are a part of bible study to invite their friends to playtime and bible study. I'll be doing 2 ways to live as a part of our bible study to share the gospel with new people or people that may not know Jesus yet. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I have started back at Vocational Bible College this month! ( if you don't know what it is, have a read here - I'll be doing 4 subjects of this semester which are Preaching, Old Testament 2, Reformation Church History and World Religions/ World Views and two subjects over the year which are Christian Leadership and Coordinating a Ministry Team. This year I am driving out to Fairfield on Wednesdays to complete my Diploma in Ministry and Theology. It's been awesome to be back and to continue to learn from God's word. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - We had Vision Sunday recently at our church where Brett renamed Meet, Greet, Integrate to Membership. It was really great to hear Brett's vision for our church and for the congregation to have more of an idea of what my role will be over the next two years and where it fits into the vision for our church. Over this next term I'll be visiting a bunch of churches to see how others do membership at their churches and what we can incorporate here at Rosemeadow. I'm really looking forward to visiting other churches and learning different ways to include and integrate people well into our church.
