MTS is a simple strategy for recruiting and training ministry apprentices in practical ministry before they enter formal theological education. MTS also trains ministers how to train apprentice through The Art of Ministry course. MTS has proven a consistant and reliable strategy for raising up able gospel workers in many denominations worldwide over the last 27 years.
